Newly launched local mental health investment fund
The Children and Young People’s Mental Health Investment Fund (MHIF) is a resource to enable the delivery of community-based, prevention and early mental health support for children and young people.
We would like to hear from you if you are a voluntary, community and social enterprise sector (VCSE) organisation that would like to apply for funding to support one or more of the following:
- Tackling self-harm amongst children and young people
- A social prescribing service for children and young people who require support with their mental health and wellbeing.
- Outreach into schools to support children and young people with their mental health and wellbeing to support emotional based school non-attendance (EBSNA).
We are looking for proposals from VCSE organisations who would like to work with each other to ensure the right early help and resources are available to support the mental health, wellbeing and resilience among children and young people.
Funding of a non-recurrent £203,020 is available for projects across Guildford and Waverley place-based partnership boundary. Please note the place-based boundary does not include Ash and Farnham.
Deadline for Expression of Interest: 4pm, 19th April 2024.
